3. ACCESS & CONTENT USE

You may not share login details, record, distribute, or reuse any Challenge content without our written permission.

Coaching and Q&A may involve direct, challenging, or probing questions intended to help you clarify your goals, ideas, or creative work.
-
By participating, you acknowledge that feedback is educational in nature, not therapy, and you agree that we are not liable for emotional distress, perceived offense, or the consequences of acting on such feedback.
-
While the Challenge is designed to be educational, inspiring, and safe, you acknowledge that participation — including applying ideas, interacting with others, or making changes to your creative work — carries inherent personal and professional risks. You agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and well-being during and after the Challenge. If you have concerns about any advice or feedback, you are free to disregard it.
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Challenge may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Facebook or Zoom. We are not responsible for their security, privacy practices, downtime, or technical issues. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. NO GUARANTEES
The Challenge is educational. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or creative outcomes. Your success depends on your own actions, skills, and circumstances.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Challenge will not exceed the amount you paid to attend. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outages, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. We reserve the right to modify Challenge dates, times, or delivery methods if necessary.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
